I'm about 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I've been feeling some sharp pain in my abdomen whenever I lie down and sneeze or cough. There's also this sudden pain in my pelvic area if I stand up too quickly. On top of that, ever since I conceived, I've noticed some skin allergies popping up.
