I have an 8cm ovarian cyst and really want to avoid surgery are there any medicines that can shrink or remove it? I'm worried about the size and hoping for non-surgical options.

While some ovarian cysts naturally resolve without treatment, an 8cm cyst might require medical intervention. There isn't a specific medication to shrink or remove an existing ovarian cyst. However, certain medications can help manage symptoms and potentially prevent new cysts from forming. If the cyst is causing pain, discomfort, or other issues, or if it's not a functional cyst, surgery (laparoscopy or open surgery) may be recommended

I'm really curious about the benefits of taking an hCG injection during the 5th week of pregnancy. Are there any potential downsides to it? I'm just looking to understand what impact it might have, both good and bad.
HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) injection in the 5th week of pregnancy may help support embryonic development, maintain pregnancy, and prevent miscarriage, particularly in cases of threatened abortion or history of recurrent miscarriages; however, potential disadvantages or risks include multiple pregnancy, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), and allergic reactions, although these risks are relatively low when administered properly under medical supervision.

I'm currently 21 weeks and 5 days into my pregnancy, and I'm a bit concerned about my anomaly scan results. It mentioned that my cervix length is 3.14 cm. Is this normal, or should I be worried about any potential issues? Could you help me understand what this means?
