I have an 8mm left mid pole kidney stone and really want to avoid surgery. Can medicines like potrate mb6 dissolve it or are there other alternatives that might work?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
An 8mm kidney stone is quite large to dissolve with medications like Potrate MB6, which mainly help with pain and supporting kidney function but don’t dissolve stones. Usually, stones over 6mm often require intervention like shock wave lithotripsy or minimally invasive procedures. Please consult a urologist to discuss the best non-surgical or surgical options based on your condition.

View allI'm a 13-year-old boy and I've been really concerned about my habit of masturbation. I usually do it about twice a day, and lately, I've been feeling really tired and skinny. I'm worried there's something wrong. Are there any negative side effects I should know about? And if it's a problem, what can I do to reduce how often I masturbate? I'm kinda stressed about it and would appreciate any advice you have.
Excessive masturbation can lead to physical and mental health issues. It is important to find ways to reduce this habit. To avoid masturbation, you can try the following. Keep yourself busy with activities such as sports, hobbies, or spending time with friends and family. Practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation to reduce stress and anxiety, which can trigger the urge to masturbate. Avoid triggers such as pornography or being alone in private spaces for extended periods. Seek counseling or therapy to address any underlying emotional issues that may be contributing to this habit. In addition, to help with your fatigue and weight loss, you may consider taking a multivitamin supplement to ensure you are getting essential nutrients. Also, try to maintain a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. If you continue to feel tired and skinny, it is important to consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance.

Hey, I've been dealing with some issues for the past few years and I'm a bit worried about what's going on with my body. It started about four years ago with dark yellow urine and a burning sensation, sometimes it even looked cloudy and foamy. I'm not sure if it's dhatu rog or maybe a urine infection. Then after a year, I began to experience leg pain, muscle aches, and back pain, especially after sitting or standing for a long time. Now, things have gotten worse. My legs hurt all the time, and sitting on a chair makes it worse. I also feel a lot of rectum pressure, leg aching, and discomfort in the genital area, particularly between my testicles and the anus area with pain and burning. My urine feels oily too and there's constant rectum pressure, plus I often feel the need to pee urgently within 10 minutes. There's also this feeling of stomach fullness. When I sit on the toilet, my legs ache, my testicles get tight and swollen, and my penis feels very small with a burning sensation. Could this all be a vitamin D issue or something else? Any advice you can give would be helpful.
Kindly get your urine test done . and get back with result

I'm 24 and I'm really worried because my right testicle hangs lower than the left. It's super embarrassing, and though there's no pain, it's bothering me a lot. Can you help me figure out what's going on and how I can fix it so things look normal?
It's quite common for one testicle to hang lower than the other, and in most cases, it doesn't indicate any serious issue, especially if there is no pain. However, if you're concerned, it's always a good idea to consult a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying conditions.
