I have abdominal pain, cramps, and a burning sensation all the time in my abdomen. I am attaching an image showing the problem area. What is the reason for this problem? Which organ or gland is affected? I have attached my blood report. Please help.

The symptoms and area described suggest irritation in the lower abdomen, possibly involving intestines, bladder, or urinary tract. Common causes include acidity, urinary infection, or irritable bowel syndrome. Since pain is constant, it is important to rule out infection or inflammation. Please consult a doctor for a physical exam.
