I have around 46 lipomas on my thighs, hands, and stomach and really want to avoid surgery. Are there any effective medicines or non-surgical treatments like TENS that could help shrink or remove them?

I've been dealing with a bit of a situation here after getting bitten by leeches about a week ago. Now I've got these dark red acne-like blisters popping up all over my feet. I've been trying to manage it with Benzoate and Four Derm, and while they've helped somewhat with the existing ones, I can't seem to stop new ones from showing up. Do you have any tips on how to get this under control?
