I have been diagnosed with L4, L5, and S1 disc bulge. I am being treated with medicines and exercises prescribed by doctors. It has been 2 years, and I still have not recovered. I continue to face issues with bending forward or backward, side bending, stiffness in my back, and difficulty with prolonged sitting, standing, or walking?

Persistent back issues with disc bulge may need reevaluation. Ongoing symptoms despite therapy suggest the need to rule out nerve compression or degenerative changes. Please consult an orthopedic or spine specialist.

Hi, I am experiencing numbness in the last two fingers of my right hand, mostly in the mornings when I wake up. I am not diabetic (post meal sugar: 133). Previously, I had significant drooping of my right eyelid, which was evaluated by neurologists and an ophthalmologist, and nerve tests were normal, only vitamin deficiencies were found. After taking vitamins, my eyelid improved. However, now this intermittent numbness in my fingers every alternate morning is worrying me. Could this indicate a serious condition that I need to be alert about? Please advise. Thank you in advance.
