I have been experiencing chills and a low grade fever for more than 20 days. I have taken paracetamol and cetirizine for chills and mild cold symptoms. The chills and shivering come and go but never completely go away. I had a CBC and malaria test done, and both were negative. Today, when I checked my temperature during an episode of chills, it was normal (98F). Currently, I am experiencing chills along with a headache. What should I do?

This is my Widal test report: Salmonella typhi O 1:320 dilutions, Salmonella typhi H 1:160 dilutions, Salmonella typhi AH negative, and Salmonella typhi BH negative. Is this a typhoid attack or not? My Widal test report shows: S. Typhi O: 1:160 (positive) S. Typhi H: 1:80 (positive) I took medication for typhoid, but I still experienced headache, nausea, and giddiness. I consulted another doctor, who said the Widal report may not be reliable and it could just be a viral fever. Could you please clarify whether this report indicates typhoid or not?
