I have been experiencing mild fever and headache daily for the past month. The headache is sometimes severe and sometimes mild. Earlier it was not constant, but for the past few days it has been constant. While exercising, my head hurts, and I am unable to work out, which is very important for me as I have PCOS. I have also been experiencing heart palpitations and feel tired all the time. My face is getting dull, and my complexion is becoming darker with each passing day. My recent test results are as follows: TSH 1.190, FSH 6.27, LH 3.08, RBC 4.94, RDW 14.70, Magnesium 2.20, Creatinine 0.57, Hemoglobin 13.40. What could be the problem? Please help.

I have been feeling extremely tired and my blood work showed low serum iron (9) and low vitamin D. My doctor advised me to take 325 mg of Ferrous Glutamate and 2000 mg of vitamin D daily. Hi, I am experiencing blurred vision and mild purple discoloration of my nails. I also feel like I might faint at times. My full body blood tests are normal, but my ferritin level is 22.
