I have been feeling cramp type pain for the past month, which occurs suddenly with movement. There are rashes on my back, but no major issues or other symptoms. I also had my blood checked three months ago for kidney function, and all reports were normal. The cramps mainly occur in the early morning. Could this be a symptom of any kidney disease? The cramps are always with me. Please suggest if my kidneys are fine.

Muscle cramps that come in the morning and are persistent, especially without kidney related symptoms, are often due to posture, nerve irritation, or vitamin deficiencies. If kidney function tests were normal, the cramps are unlikely kidney related. However, monitor for any changes in urination or swelling and consult a physician if symptoms continue.
