I have been suffering from gastric problems for the past four weeks and recently I have started noticing black stools. I am attaching my report here and would like to know what the issue might be.

Black stools may suggest bleeding in the stomach, possibly due to acidity or ulcers. If reports show anemia or infection, please see a gastroenterologist. To understand the cause of black stools and rule out any serious concerns, please do a stool test for occult blood and check your hemoglobin levels.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a STOOL OCCULT BLOOD Test or Take a HB (Haemoglobin) Test Test

View allI was using whey protein, which did not suit me and caused loose stools and two bowel movements per day. I continued using it, thinking my body would adjust, and took it for one month with milk, water, and curd. As a result, I started getting black loose stools. A stool test showed +fiber, +undigested food, and negative for mucus, blood, and infection. I stopped the whey protein and switched back to a normal diet, but the condition did not improve. It has been almost seven months, and now I am getting yellow loose stools. Sometimes the stool is normal, but other times it starts hard and ends loose. Doctors have told me that I have weak intestines. I have also lost weight; previously I weighed 63 kg, and now I weigh 58 kg.

Is paste like yellow stool common with IBS? No matter how much fiber I add or how much water I drink, the majority of my stool is like this. I eat apple, banana, and oats daily in the morning for fiber. I do not eat junk food, totally stopped for a year. Is this IBS? Also, if I drink milk or eat spicy food, I have observed smelly gas after that. Please guide. LFT, CBC, urine, and thyroid are all normal.
