I have been diagnosed with a cyst in my left ovary. I am sexually active and currently taking medication to control my IgE levels. My report states that the left ovary is bulky and shows a well defined uniloculated cystic lesion measuring approximately 39 by 35mm, described as a simple cyst without any internal echoes, septa, calcification, or nodules.
