I have been taking Azitheal, Fenza, and AF 150 for a vaginal infection for the past two days due to mild odor. I am trying to conceive and usually have a 24 day menstrual cycle. My last period started on 16th July, and today is the 24th day, but my period has not started yet. Could these medications delay my period, or should I wait for a week before taking a pregnancy test?

Infection medicines do not usually delay periods. You are on cycle day 24 still within range. Stress or infection may mildly delay ovulation. Wait 3 to 5 more days for period. If delayed, take a Urine Pregnancy Test with morning urine.

I had a lower abdomen ultrasound done recently. I am unmarried and worried about pregnancy. My last menstrual period was on 5th January. I am unsure if the sonographer properly examined my uterus. I have attached my report and ultrasound images for your review.
