I have been taking medication for anxiety for the past 5 years, mostly on an SOS basis. After recovering from COVID last year, I began experiencing occasional weakness and dizziness, but these symptoms would come and go. However, in the last 10 days, the symptoms have returned more consistently. I have attached my medical report.

These recurring symptoms may stem from a combination of anxiety relapse and post COVID fatigue. While your previous reports were fine, a reassessment would help. Please consult your primary care physician or psychiatrist for review.
