I have been taking Thyronorm 100 mg for the past 6 years. My test report on 10th July shows T3 108 ng, T4 6.2, and TSH 11.64. Should there be any changes in my medicine? Please help, I am very tired.

High TSH results in an underactive thyroid. Dose may need to be increased after consulting endocrinologist. Monitor TSH every 6 weeks till stable.
