I have been treating thyroid for many years, but for the last few months, it has not been well controlled. My medicine dose was recently increased as per my doctor advice. However, I am experiencing mild chest tightness and discomfort most of the time, with no other symptoms.

Uncontrolled thyroid (especially hypothyroidism) can cause muscle tightness, chest discomfort, or anxiety like symptoms. If the chest discomfort is mild and not accompanied by pain, breathlessness, or dizziness, it may be thyroid or muscular related. If persistent, get heart and thyroid levels re evaluated. Make sure you are taking thyroid medicine correctly (empty stomach, same time daily).

I have a thyroid condition and am taking medication, which keeps it under control. Lately, I have been experiencing frequent memory problems and difficulty recalling things or speaking clearly. This is affecting me both at work and personally. Could this be related to my thyroid, or should I consult a specialist? Please guide me.

I am experiencing bleeding with urine. I consulted a gynecologist, and following their advice, I took TRAPIC 650, NOVOFOS sachet, and OFLOXACIN twice daily for 5 days, along with VIZILAC twice daily. After further testing, my urine and blood reports showed E. coli: 110,000 CFU/mL Total Leukocyte Count: 3700/Cumm ESR: 60 mm/1st hr Hemoglobin: 10.6 gm/dL TSH: 12.98 microIU/mL USG of kidney and lower abdomen shows two fine echogenic densities in the right kidney with an impression of nephrolithiasis (right kidney). Currently, I am taking UTIOF twice daily, Vizylac twice daily, and Eltrixive 100 once daily on an empty stomach for thyroid. My sugar levels are normal. Please advise on the next steps and management.
