I have been trying to conceive for one year without success. All my reports are normal, my ultrasound is normal, and my husband male panel and sperm analysis are also normal. I am very frustrated and do not know why it is taking so much time or what to do next.

Around 10 to 15 percent couples have unexplained infertility. If age less than 35, try 6 more months with timed intercourse or ovulation tracking. If already evaluated for tubal patency and semen quality, consider IUI or ovulation induction. Stress reduction and a fertility diet also help.

View allHi, I am recently pregnant again after a miscarriage in May. I am being overly cautious with this pregnancy, so I requested a blood test for my beta HCG and progesterone levels. I am concerned because I truly believe low progesterone caused my previous miscarriage. The doctor did not seem too concerned. Should I be worried?
