I'm dealing with these really itchy light brown spots that turn into dark black spots after I scratch them. It's so hard not to scratch because they itch so much! They're mostly on my lower legs and lower back. A couple of years ago, I had the same thing on my arms and hips, and those black spots never went away. Now it's flaring up again.
