View allI've been feeling this odd heat in one of my testicles for the last couple of days, almost like a mild inflammation, and it's starting to worry me. Could you let me know what's going on?
It sounds like you might be experiencing mild inflammation or discomfort in your testicle. This could be due to various causes like infection, inflammation, or injury. I recommend seeing a doctor for a proper evaluation to rule out conditions like epididymitis or orchitis and to get the appropriate treatment.

I've been experiencing some issues after masturbating where I get small cuts on my foreskin, and it's becoming a bit of a concern. They tend to heal after a few days, but as soon as I masturbate again, the same thing happens. It's quite painful, and sometimes I can't even retract the foreskin because of the pain. I'm worried and wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or if there's anything I can do to prevent it. Could you provide some advice on what might be causing this and how to stop it from happening?
It sounds like you may be experiencing irritation or minor abrasions on your foreskin, possibly due to friction during masturbation. I recommend using a gentle moisturizer or emollient to help soothe the area and reduce friction. If the issue persists or becomes more painful, it may be helpful to consult a doctor for further evaluation.

I've been dealing with what's probably jock itch and I've been sexually active while this was happening and even masturbated. Now there's this swelling on my penis, like half an inch down from the head, forming a ring about the same width around it. I'm circumcised, but there's also a lot of swelling at the bottom of the head, particularly on the foreskin underneath. I'm really worried about all this and I am wondering what the problem could be and how to handle it as soon as possible.
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
