I have early small airway obstruction. Spirometry shows severe restriction with FVC percentage less than 45 and FEV1 divided by FVC percentage greater than 70. I have also taken an HRCT chest, which is normal. I have attached my report. Please help me with this?

If spirometry shows FVC less than 45 percent and HRCT is normal, early small airway obstruction like asthma or post infective airway changes could be the cause. Discuss inhaler therapy and repeat spirometry after a few weeks.

I am a college student and commonly sneeze 3 to 4 times every morning. About 9 months ago, I developed a facial skin problem that became red, swollen, and sometimes oozed yellow fluid. A doctor diagnosed me with eczema and prescribed medicines, which initially helped. However, when the medicines were changed, the problem worsened and spread to other parts of my body. I could not use the medicines for long because they were steroids. This went on for about 7 months. Later, my doctor suggested comprehensive allergy testing and advised stopping all medicines. After stopping, the allergy gradually reduced. The allergy test indicated sensitivity to house dust and cotton dust. Currently, my facial eczema is under control, but my eyes have become red. A doctor suggested it might be conjunctivitis, but they are unsure if it is allergy related. I have had allergic problems since childhood, but they have worsened over the past 9 months. Could you please explain what might be happening and how I can manage these recurring allergies and eye symptoms?

Everyday once I come back from office, after 7 pm, I start to get itching mostly on forearms, neck, and chest. After itching, red patches appear. They vary in size and sometimes last for more than 2 hours. Sometimes they stay till morning, and I can see and feel itching in the morning. In the morning, I feel it only twice or thrice, usually disappearing by morning. Some nights I feel suddenly attacked with too much itching at the same time on multiple body parts. This condition has been present for more than a month. I consulted a dermatologist. His prescription is attached. Until I kept taking the dose (only 1 tablet Teczine) every night for 15 days, I did not get these symptoms. Now, for the last 1 week, I am feeling the same again. Note: I did not take it continuously, completing 2 weeks dose almost in 3 weeks. As per doctor prescription, I took blood report, attached, which is normal. I am very much disturbed. Please suggest some help. I am not able to focus. Can you please help?

I have a known allergy to dust and have been taking Cetirizine, but it does not seem to be providing much relief. I have attached my report for your review. Should I consider a stronger dose or an alternative medication?
