I have extremely low TSH hormone. Does it mean that I have a thyroid disease? I have heard that it is not treatable and causes a lot of weight gain. Is it true in my case? For reference, I am attaching relevant details from my report. Thyroid profile: T3 125, T4 8.4, TSH 0.08.

Low TSH may indicate early hyperthyroidism. It does not cause weight gain. It is manageable with proper care. Do the required thyroid antibody and repeat function tests.

After three months, his blood test results showed the following, TSH is 9.23, Iron is 52.9, Uric Acid is 9.09, HDL (Direct) is 37, Triglycerides is 204, VLDL is 40.8, Serum Albumin/Globulin Ratio is 2.12, and Serum Globulin is 2.19. The report also mentioned urobilinogen, but the value was not provided.
