I have fatty liver for the last 6 months and my skin has darkened. When I touch below the belly button, it gives me pain. I also have a problem emptying bowels. An abdominal USG gave results of fatty infiltration and kidney stones of very small size.

The pain below your belly button with bowel issues and USG showing fatty liver and small kidney stones suggests early liver stress and mild nephrolithiasis. A Liver Function Test (LFT) and Renal Profile will help monitor organ function. Avoid fatty meals and increase fiber.

Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test

Hi. I have just found my blood test report and noticed some abnormalities in liver and kidney tests. AST SGOT is 53 U per L, ALT SGPT is 71 U per L, GGTP is 84 U per L, and alkaline phosphatase ALP is 144. Please help me. Is this an issue? Do I need to visit a doctor for this?

I am experiencing nausea and occasional loose motions. My liver function test report shows SGPT at 23 U/L, SGOT at 29 U/L, total bilirubin at 1.4 mg/dL, direct bilirubin at 0.9 mg/dL, and indirect bilirubin at 0.4 mg/dL. Do these results indicate jaundice?
