I have four lipomas in different parts of my body and I'm wondering if there's any way to treat them naturally with medications instead of going for surgery

I've been swimming a lot recently, and I've noticed my skin has really darkened from the chlorine in the pool water. What can I do to get my fair skin tone back? Also, how can I prevent this darkening from happening in the future when I swim?

I had a chemical peel on my face recently from a dermatologist, and now I've developed lichen planus. Could the peeling be the reason for it? I haven't taken any medications or done anything else that might have triggered this. I'm pretty concerned. What could be going on here?
