I'm 35 and for the past five years, I've been dealing with these painful bumps with pus on my scalp, which the doctors say is scalp folliculitis. I attached some images to show what's been going on. I've already seen a dermatologist, but I'm still struggling to find relief. Can you please suggest the best tablets or shampoos that might help with this?
