I have gallstones measuring 21 mm, 14 mm, and 9 mm wall thickness do I need surgery or laparoscopy? If my gallbladder is damaged and has to be removed, what are the risks involved? What would you suggest?

I'm feeling some tightness in my throat that started about 23 weeks ago. There's no pain, and I can swallow and eat without any issues, but it constantly feels like something's stuck in there.
