I have a ganglion cyst on my left forearm that swells up and gets uncomfortable when I lift heavy things but doesn't hurt when I press it Will it go away with aspiration or do I need surgery

A ganglion cyst on your forearm that swells and causes discomfort when lifting heavy things, but doesn't hurt when pressed, can be treated with aspiration or surgery. Aspiration involves draining the fluid from the cyst, which can provide temporary relief. Surgery is an option if aspiration fails or if the cyst is causing significant problems

Are there any special precautions I should be aware of during the healing process? And I would love to know what treatments would work best for this situation.

It's been a month since my revision ACL surgery and meniscus repair. I've been doing physio and can bend my knee almost fully, but I still can't straighten it completely like my other knee it stays a bit forward when I stand. Is this normal, or should I be doing something different to help it straighten out?

Had ACL reconstruction surgery a month ago and my periods are late my last cycle started right before the surgery. Normally, my next cycle comes around 45 days early. Could the anesthesia or strong meds from the surgery be causing this delay?
Yes, it's possible that the surgery, anesthesia, or medications could be contributing to your late period. Surgery and anesthesia induce stress, which can affect hormone levels and menstrual cycles. The strong pain medication used after surgery could also have an effect. It's advisable to discuss this with your doctor to assess the cause of the delay and rule out any other potential factors
