I have a grade 1 posterior medial meniscus tear will this heal on its own or do I need surgery? I'm worried about making it worse if I don't get the right treatment. What's the usual recovery time for something like this?

A grade 1 posterior medial meniscus tear often heals on its own without surgery, especially with rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE) therapy. The usual recovery time for a grade 1 meniscus tear can range from 6 to 8 weeks, but this can vary. Surgery is usually not needed unless symptoms persist or worsen after a few months.

I'm dealing with a neck spasm and shoulder muscle pain for the past couple of days, and there's a slight swelling near the right side of my jaw. I've already tried applying ointment and taking painkillers, but its not getting any better. Should I be worried about this, or is there something else I should be doing?

My left collarbone sticks out more on the left side and sits higher than the right, causing constant pain in my right shoulder when I stand for long periods. Can this be fixed with exercises or would I need surgery? Also, could this affect my posture in the long run?
It's important to consult with a medical professional or physical therapist to accurately diagnose the cause of your collarbone and shoulder pain. However, exercises and potential surgery are possible treatment options
