I'm having some discomfort with my penis. The head hurts when I touch it, and there's a burning feeling sometimes when I pee. Can you help me understand what's going on? Is it safe to have sex while I'm experiencing this?

Symptoms could indicate a urinary tract infection or a sexually transmitted infection. It is important to get evaluated by a healthcare provider for proper diagnosis and treatment. However, it is important to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation and prescription of antibiotics if needed. Regarding having sex with these symptoms, it is advisable to avoid sexual activity until you have been evaluated and treated to prevent spreading any potential infection to your partner.
