I have a grade 3 varicocele but was told surgery isn't needed since my semen is fine. My testosterone is low though, and I've noticed swelling in my chest plus something hard in my left testicle. Getting married soon am I physically fit for married life? How's my erection and libido for sex? Could there be any issues like cancer in my testicles? I'm in Bengaluru and would like to consult one doctor for all these concerns.

I've been having issues with frequent urination and incomplete emptying of my bladder for years now, and honestly, it's really frustrating. I've seen a urologist and went through all sorts of tests like kidney and abdomen ultrasounds, cystoscopy, blood sugar checks, and everything came back normal. I've also taken different medications for urinary and bladder infections, as recommended by my doctor, but nothing has worked. Lately, I've noticed this white liquid occasionally in my urine at night, and it's freaking me out a bit. I've tried so many things, but I'm not seeing any results. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
Consult a urologist again to discuss: - Urodynamic tests to assess bladder function - Pelvic floor physical therapy - Consider consulting a nephrologist to rule out kidney issues - Get tested for: - Urine culture and sensitivity - Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test (if not done already) - Lifestyle changes: - Practice pelvic floor exercises (Kegel exercises) - Manage fluid intake - Avoid irritants like caffeine and spicy foods

I'm having some trouble with my foreskin. It doesn't roll back as much as it's supposed to, and when I try to pull it down more, it starts to hurt. I'm really hoping to find a solution that doesn't involve surgery. Do you have any advice on what I might be able to do to fix this? It's really starting to affect my life, and I'd appreciate any guidance you can offer.
You likely have a condition called phimosis, where the foreskin is too tight to retract; to resolve this without surgery, your doctor may recommend gentle manual stretching exercises, topical steroid creams like betamethasone to reduce inflammation, or preputioplasty devices that help gradually stretch the foreskin; it's essential to consult a urologist
