I have grade 4 varicocele and azoospermia with zero sperm count could the varicocele be causing this? IVF clinics are recommending TESA since I'm trying for a child, but I'm unsure whether to go for varicocele surgery first or proceed directly with TESA to improve my chances of having sperm

I've been dealing with a urine infection since this morning. I'm not experiencing much itching or pain, but I feel a constant pressure to pee frequently. How can I stop frequent urination?
Avoiding drinking fluids before bed. Cutting back on alcohol, caffeine, artificial sweeteners and acidic foods or beverages. Doing pelvic floor exercises (like Kegels) to help build your pelvic health. Trying bladder retraining techniques, such as urinating at fixed intervals that gradually increase.
