I have had a fever for the last two weeks. I checked with a doctor and he said it is fluctuating fever and all my blood reports are normal. But it is still the same and I am feeling pain in my body like a bee bite?

Patchy inflammation in both upper lobes as I was detected covid positive twenty days earlier. Now my report is negative but I still have some heaviness in the chest. CRP is 11.10 and IL6 is 23.58. My RT PCR report is negative and I have completed 24 days in self isolation. Today I underwent a CRP test which shows Q 3.15 (0 to 6). I want to know the CRP measuring unit is mg/L, but my report shows 3.15 without a unit. Please tell me if this is a valid CRP report or not?

After experiencing diarrhea, I often develop swelling in my knees and ankles, along with pain in my neck, elbows, and other joints. Since March, my condition has worsened to the point where I am bedridden, with extreme pain along my spinal cord and swelling in my left knee. My HLA B27 test result came back as weakly positive. What does this mean, and will I be able to recover and return to normal again?
