View allCan you tell me if there's a surgery to stop bile from flowing into the stomach? I've been having issues and want to know what options are out there

I've been keeping an eye on my bilirubin levels after they were recorded at 1.84 a couple of months ago. They've improved a bit to 1.52, but I can't help but feel anxious because the progress seems slow. Should I be worried about this pace of improvement?
Patient is advised repeat liver panel test and physician opinion.

I've had a chronic fissure for the past 6 months and was on cefadroxil plus supportive treatment for 3 months prescribed by a surgeon, then switched to rifaximin 400mg with laxatives and local metrogy for another 3 months but I still have burning around the anal ring. The doctor says my anal canal isn't constricted and spasms have reduced so surgery isn't needed, but when I pass hard stools, my sentinel piles flare up and the burning lasts a long time. Why isn't this healing completely and what else can I try?
conservative therapy is advised to the patient.
