I have a hydrocele in my left testicle can it be treated without surgery? If yes, where should I go for help?

Can Hydrocele be Medically Treated? The short answer is, NO.. If the hydrocele is relatively small and does not cause discomfort, it might not require any treatment. There isn't a medication currently available that can treat hydrocele effectively

View allFor the past few months, I've been dealing with a burning sensation when I pee and having to push hard to empty my bladder. The flow is slow, not smooth, and sometimes splits into multiple streams. My doctor thinks it's likely a stricture and suggested surgery. Are there other treatment options? Also, I've noticed a sudden drop in libido and weaker erections could this be connected?
A urethral stricture can cause these symptoms; options like dilation or endoscopic urethrotomy may be tried before surgery.

My prostate PSA test result was 7 ng/ml and we're meeting the doctors this Saturday to discuss it. Can you give me an idea of what the surgery or operation might cost, including average hospital charges? Just trying to get a rough estimate to plan ahead.

My left kidney has a blockage near the ureter, and doctors think it might be endometriosis, but they can't pinpoint the exact cause. We're still trying to figure out the final diagnosis before surgery. Is surgery the only option for this kind of blockage? I'd really appreciate some clarity on what else could be done.
While surgery is often the primary treatment for ureteral endometriosis, it's not always the first or only option. Before surgery, doctors may consider other approaches, such as ureteral stents, to help manage the blockage and protect the kidney.
