I have intramural fibroids measuring 7cm and 4.5cm and I'm trying to plan for pregnancy. How much does laparoscopic surgery usually cost and is there any chance these can be treated with medication instead of surgery

I've just had a follicular study on day 14 of my cycle, and it showed I have a mature follicle in my right ovary that's 21x23 and another on the left side that's 23x24, so it seems like two eggs might rupture.
