I have just received my Widal report and I have a query regarding how to interpret it. Can you help me understand whether it indicates typhoid or not?

A single Widal test is not very reliable. A titre of more than 1:160 for S. typhi O/H may indicate recent infection. Consider repeat test or TyphiDot.

Take a Typhidot Test Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test

My 2 year 10 month old child has been having fever for the last 4 days. We did CBC and urine tests, which were normal, and dengue and malaria tests, which were negative. The fever subsided on the 5th day but returned on the 6th day, with the child head and body feeling very hot and temperatures above 101F. After taking Paracetamol 250 mg, the temperature temporarily reduced, but it rises again after about 6 hours.
