I have a low sperm count issue and recently had a Doppler test. Both testes and epididymis are normal in size, location, and echotexture. No focal lesion is seen and no free fluid is noted in the tunica vaginalis on either side. Both spermatic cords appear normal with no dilated vascular channels. No evidence of torsion is noted on Doppler interrogation of the testes and spermatic cords. Reversal of flow on Valsalva maneuver is noted in the left spermatic cord, grade I. No reflux is noted on the right side. The conclusion is left sided grade I varicocele. I have attached both semen analysis and Doppler reports. No other abnormality is seen. Please help me.

A grade I varicocele is mild and often does not cause major fertility issues. If sperm count is low, medications and lifestyle changes may help. Surgery is rarely needed unless counts are very low or there is pain. Please get a semen analysis done every few months and review lifestyle factors with your doctor.

Hello, we have been trying to conceive for the past 9 to 10 months but have not been successful. My wife has PCOS but is under treatment and all her parameters including blood tests and ovulation are now normal. The doctor advised me to get a semen analysis done. I am attaching my report and would like to know if it is normal or not. Please also let me know if there is anything else I should take care of. My wife is currently taking Clomid, Duphaston, Lineator, Maxofert, and Oosure throughout her cycle. Thank you.
