View allI have a grade 3 varicocele on the left side and grade 2 on the right, with a sperm count of 26 million per ml. What's the better option to improve my sperm count homeopathy or surgery?
For improving sperm count in the context of grade 3 and 2 varicoceles, surgery (specifically varicocelectomy) is generally considered the more effective option, while homeopathy is not a scientifically recognized treatment for varicoceles or for improving sperm count
