I have multiple gallstones with a large one measuring 10-12 mm but no pain so far just occasional indigestion, acidity, and gas issues. Should I consider surgery now or wait? Could homeopathy be an option or is that not advisable?

It's best to consult with a surgeon and/or your general practitioner to determine the best course of action for your specific situation. While you're currently asymptomatic, a large gallstone can increase the risk of complications like blockages or infections, potentially requiring surgery. Homeopathy is not a scientifically proven treatment for gallstones and may not be effective, according to medical professionals

I've been dealing with stomach worms for about 6 years now. I've seen lots of doctors and tried different medications, but nothing seems to work because the issue is still there. I also have this persistent itching around my anus, and it's affecting my health. I'm feeling really physically weak because of it. What could be causing this recurring problem, and what else can I do to finally get rid of it?

You can obtain an online prescription for your grandmother in India through: 1. Telemedicine platforms: Consult a doctor via video or phone call on platforms like Practo, Lybrate, or 1mg. 2. Online doctor consultation websites: Sites like DocsApp, Mfine, or HealthAssure offer virtual consultations. 3. Hospital or clinic websites: Some hospitals and clinics provide online consultation services. Before the consultation: 1. Gather your grandmother's medical history and previous prescriptions. 2. Prepare a list of her current medications and allergies. During the consultation: 1. Share the medical history and previous prescriptions with the doctor. 2. Discuss your grandmother's current symptoms and concerns. After the consultation: 1. The doctor will provide an online prescription, which you can download or print. 2. Use the prescription to purchase medication from a local pharmacy or online pharmacy.

So, I recently found out I have gallbladder stones and I'm going to have laparoscopic surgery soon. As part of the prep, they did some tests and my ECG came back showing Sinus Arrhythmia. I'm a bit worried and wondering if that's something I should be concerned about. Do you think my ECG is normal, or could there be an issue there? Also, if there is a problem, would it affect my upcoming surgery? I've also been dealing with some symptoms that might be related, like really bad acidity for the past four months, frequent burps and hiccups, feeling nauseous, and pretty intense acid reflux. It's like a liquid moves up my food pipe to my throat and causes pressure in my chest and around my food pipe. Also, I often feel short of breath during the day, but it seems to get better when I lie down. Do you think this shortness of breath is because of the gallbladder or could it be a cardio issue linked to the ECG results?

I've been dealing with this gas trouble in my chest for a while now, and it just doesn't seem to go away. Every time I breathe in, I feel this pain. What should I do about it?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of gas trouble causing chest pain. I recommend taking an antacid medication such as Tums (calcium carbonate) 500mg tablets. You can take 2 tablets as needed for relief of gas and chest pain. Additionally, simethicone-based medications like Gas-X can also help relieve gas symptoms. Make sure to avoid foods that can worsen gas such as beans, cabbage, and carbonated drinks. If the symptoms persist, consult with a doctor for further evaluation.
