I have multiple kidney stones with mild hydronephrosis my KUB sonography shows a 15mm right PUJ calculus causing mild hydronephrosis and a few small left renal calyceal stones plus a 9mm distal ureteric calculus causing mild proximal hydroureteronephrosis My urologist recommended laser lithotripsy with stent placement but I'm wondering if homeopathy or ayurveda can help avoid surgery The doctor said it needs urgent removal due to the hydronephrosis but how long can I delay it Is a 15mm PUJ stone too big for homeopathic treatment

I'm dealing with a lot of discomfort because the skin at the tip of my penis doesnt retract during sex, and it ends up causing pain. Even though I dont have issues while masturbating, the foreskin just wont move back, not even a little, and its really affecting my ability to have sex. What could be going on, and what should I do about it?

It sounds like you may have a condition called phimosis, where the foreskin is too tight to retract. This can cause discomfort during sex. I recommend consulting a urologist to explore treatment options, which may include topical steroids or, in some cases, a minor surgical procedure to improve the condition.

I'm a bit worried about my foreskin. It only pulls back halfway when my penis is erect, and there's also a tilt towards the left. Do you think circumcision might be necessary? Could you give me some advice on this?

I'm a bit concerned because this is my first time trying to have penetrative sex with my girlfriend, and I couldn't maintain an erection after getting one during foreplay. Could this be related to my masturbation habit? I've been doing it almost daily for about 10 years, so I'm wondering if that might affect things. What do you think?

It's common to experience difficulty maintaining an erection during first-time penetrative sex due to nerves or anxiety. Masturbation, especially if done frequently, can sometimes affect sensitivity or performance, but it's usually not the main cause. If this continues, consider talking to a healthcare professional to address any underlying concerns and reduce anxiety.
