I have neuroendocrine tumor rectal colon cancer and have already gone through 25 rounds of chemo radiation with capacitabine tablets plus photon radiation, along with 4 cycles of carboplatin and etoposide chemo. Will I need surgery for this? Is this type of cancer fully curable can I expect to recover completely and be disease-free?

We saw a doctor, did some tests, and they said everything seemed fine, but the pains still there. Could someone help me understand what might be going on or what steps we should take next?

Although the doctor's tests didn't indicate any issues, it's essential to monitor your wife's breast pain and watch for any changes or additional symptoms, such as lumpiness, nipple discharge, or skin changes, and consider a follow-up appointment in a few weeks to reassess the situation, meanwhile, encourage your wife to perform regular breast self-exams and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
