Question

I have not had my periods since 20th February, despite having normal blood reports and other test results. Lately, I am experiencing a lot of pelvic/abdominal pain. This is not due to pregnancy.

If pregnancy is excluded, amenorrhea (absence of menses) beyond 3 months requires full hormonal workup. Causes include PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, high prolactin, or ovarian failure.
