I have not had my periods for the past two months. I have a thyroid problem and am taking thyrox 25 mcg medication.

Hypothyroidism can cause missed or irregular periods, even with medication. Thyrox 25 mcg may be a low dose if periods are absent rechecking TSH levels is important. Also check for PCOS, prolactin imbalance, or stress related cycle delays. If not pregnant, your doctor may prescribe short term progesterone to induce periods.

I had withdrawal bleeding last month on 21st October as I had taken two unwanted 72 pills on 11th and 14th October. After that, I consulted a doctor and she said to take a home pregnancy test and that my periods may be irregular in the coming two months. I have taken 4 home pregnancy tests with Prega News and all 4 tests were negative, but I still have not got my periods. What should I do? Please help me out.
