I have prostate grade 1 is this considered cancer or something else? Can it be treated with just medicine or will I need surgery? Also, my sugar level is at 257 and I have fatty liver could these affect my treatment options?

A prostate grade 1 indicates a benign prostate condition (BPH), not cancer. It's typically not treated with surgery initially, but rather through lifestyle changes and medications to manage symptoms. High blood sugar and fatty liver may influence treatment options, but further assessment is needed

I'm having a bit of an issue and I'm really concerned. During intercourse, I noticed that the foreskin on my penis gets cut at the lower inner joint. It bleeds quite a lot when it happens, although it does stop eventually. This has been worrying me since it first happened about 34 days ago. The cut is still open and in the process of healing. I'm also diabetic, which I know might make things a bit more complicated. Is this something serious? Should I be considering seeing a doctor about this?

It's important to get the cut checked by a doctor, especially with diabetes, as healing can be slower, and there's a risk of infection. If it's not healing properly or if you experience pain, swelling, or redness, please consult a healthcare professional for proper care.

My ultrasound report shows a 6mm calculus in the right lower ureter, about 1 cm from the UVJ. Do I really need laparoscopic surgery for this or are there other options? I'm a bit worried about the procedure and wondering if it's absolutely necessary.

A 6mm ureteric stone close to UVJ usually passes with meds—surgery is for pain, infection, or if not passed in 2–4 weeks.

My dad has kidney stones on both sides and I heard berberis vulgaris mother tincture might help. Is it really effective or does he need surgery for this?

It helps in diluting the stones and breaks them into small pieces. These very small pieces of kidney stones can then easily pass through the urinary tract without obstruction. In most cases, Berberis Vulgaris does wonders and brings positive results in the condition of kidney stones in a very short period of time.
