So, I've been having these cramps in my lower abdomen for the past three days, and they feel different than my usual period cramps. I'm really worried because I missed my period for 6 days and found out I was pregnant from a test. I tried taking pills to stop the pregnancy, but I messed up and took the second pill 24 hours after the first one instead of waiting 48 hours like it said. I only had thin bleeding for about 2 days. Now, I tested again and it's negative. Could you please help me understand what I should do to get my full period back?
