I have received my Widal test report. The results are S. Typhi O 1:40, S. Typhi H 1:40, S. Para AH 1:40, and S. Para BH 1:40. Can you please explain this report?

Widal titres less than 1:80 are usually non significant. It indicates past exposure or vaccination, not active infection. If febrile, consider getting a blood culture and a CBC done.

Take a CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY - AEROBIC (BLOOD) Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test
