I have rosacea and every time I use Sebonac gel it really irritates my eyes. But if I stop using it, my skin just gets worse. Do you have any other alternatives I could try? I'm a bit worried and could really use some advice.

I'm noticing some red rashes on the head of my penis that have been there for a few days. I've been cleaning it with lukewarm water and Dettol. Is this something I should be worried about?

The red rashes on your penis head could be a fungal or bacterial infection, allergic reaction, or irritation from using harsh soap like Dettol; discontinue using Dettol and instead clean the area with mild soap and lukewarm water, and consider consulting a dermatologist or urologist for proper evaluation and treatment to rule out conditions like balanitis.

I'm 45 and have these big dark spots on my stomach and thighs. They aren't itchy or anything, just plain but really dark, and it seems like they're spreading. What could they be, and how can I get rid of them?

These dark spots could be a condition called dermatosis papulosa nigra, which is common in individuals with skin of color, like yourself. To help reduce the appearance of these spots, you can try using topical retinoids like Adapalene gel in the evening on the affected areas. Additionally, using a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher during the day can help prevent further darkening of the spots. Make sure to apply the medication as directed by your doctor for best results.

I'm planning to attend an event soon and I'm thinking about using a cream called UltraBrite to reduce some marks and dark circles on my face. I'm only planning to use it for a week and then stop. Do you think that's okay? Could it have any side effects if I just use it for such a short time?
