I have several lipomas on my arms and thighs, just like my dad. Most are small, but two are about an inch in size. Is there any way to stop the smaller ones from growing and shrink the bigger ones without surgery? Could diet play a role in controlling or reducing them?

View allI'm currently using minoxidil 5% for my male pattern baldness and getting PRP treatments too. But the minoxidil is giving me dandruff, and I've been washing my hair every other day. I'm wondering if it's okay or even beneficial to wash my hair every day instead. Any advice on this?
Head wash three times a day is sufficient, dandruff issues could be due to fungal infection u can use topic antifungal medications, visit Dermatologist for appropriate treatment..
