Question

I have severe burning in the middle abdomen and pain in the intestine area. After eating anything, it gets worse, and I am unable to eat food. I feel hungry, but due to abdominal burning, I cannot eat. I have taken many antacids and PPIs, but there is no relief, or sometimes there is temporary relief, and then the burning and sounds in the middle abdomen return. My lipase level is also increased, and I am taking Lupase 10000 tablet. I think it is due to my pancreas. I also have an H. pylori infection. I am sharing my report. Please help.

The symptoms may be due to ongoing inflammation in the stomach or pancreas. Burning after meals and increased lipase could indicate pancreatic irritation, and H. pylori can cause stomach lining damage. If PPIs and enzymes have given only temporary relief, the infection or irritation might still be active. A full recovery might take time and may need follow up testing to check for persistent causes.
