I have some concerns about dark areas on my body, specifically my inner thighs, buttocks, and bikini line. Are there any effective medicines you can recommend to help lighten these areas? I'm also curious about how long it generally takes to see results. I should mention my skin is quite sensitive.

View allI've been dealing with a persistent fungal infection for the past three months and nothing seems to work. I've tried loads of medicines, Patanjali products, Candid dusting powder, and even coconut oil, plus all sorts of advice from different people. Sometimes it clears up a bit, but then the itching and growth come back. I'm really at my wit's end with this. I went to see a skin specialist too, but the meds haven't helped at all in the last two months. Can you offer some advice or alternatives I can try? Its getting really frustrating.
Try a combination therapy of oral antifungal medication along with topical antifungal cream. You can start by taking Tab Terbinafine 250mg once daily for 4-6 weeks along with applying Clotrimazole cream twice daily on the affected area. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry, and avoid wearing tight clothing. If there is no improvement or if the infection worsens, please follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management.

I'm having some concerns with my medication. My name is Tamara, and I'm currently on my period. Should I continue taking my meds, or is it safe to pause them for a bit? Any advice would be really helpful.
You can continue the medicines as your doctor advised no need to stop them if you are menstruating.
