I have some problem with my urinary system and also PCOD. My ultrasound report shows mild fullness of the right renal pelvicalyceal system and both ovaries are enlarged in size. What is the actual problem in the right kidney?

Mild fullness may indicate early hydronephrosis, possibly due to transient obstruction. Enlarged ovaries are typical in PCOD. Please do the required kidney function tests and a urology consult.

In my urine report calcium oxalate was found and my doctor mentioned that in the future it could lead to kidney stones. Is this correct and how can I reduce the calcium oxalate?
