I have thyroid. I started taking 50 mcg tablet, then later increased to 75 mcg and now it is 100 mcg. Please advise as I am putting on more weight. The values in my report seem to fall within the proper range. Please advise and refer me to an endocrinologist?

Despite TSH being within range, weight gain suggests need for full hormonal review. Consult endocrinologist. Take thyroid and metabolic tests.
