So, about a month ago, I got food poisoning, and ever since then, no matter what I eat, I get super bloated with non-stop stomach rumbling. Some days are okay, but mostly, it's just the same issue over and over. It even keeps me up at night because my stomach feels hard and painful. I tried Pepto-Bismol, but it hasn't really helped much.
