I have two gallstones around 910 mm in size and want to explore non-surgical options to remove them. What are my best alternatives to surgery for getting rid of these stones?

Liver flushes aren’t proven—gallstones ≥9 mm often require surgery; don’t delay if symptomatic.

I'm dealing with ulcerative colitis and was wondering if it's okay to masturbate every day. Could this be bad for my condition? I'm just trying to understand if there's any negative impact. Could you please help me with this?

Masturbation is not inherently harmful to individuals with ulcerative colitis. However, its important to listen to your body and be mindful of how it affects your overall well-being. If you experience any negative impact on your UC symptoms, it might be helpful to adjust your habits and consult with a healthcare provider.

My dad, who is 58, had a fever about 9 days ago but got better after we took him to the doctor. But heres the thinghes had these really persistent hiccups for the last 7 days. At first, they just wouldn't stop. Weve been giving him coconut water and cold water which seems to help calm them down a bit, but they keep coming back. He's also on a light diet. We're worried about what this could mean. Is this something serious? Can you suggest any remedies or next steps?
